Exhibitor Information

As outlined in the Event homepage, we expect approximately 200 participants in the conference, comprised mainly of business leaders in the region who are interested in driving their businesses towards greater sustainablity in lieu of the economic and environmental challenges ahead.  As an Exhibitor at reThink Waterloo 2012, you will be able to showcase to these participants the role your company/organization has in navigating this future.

We will be hosting this year’s event at the Waterloo Inn, in the Regent Room.

The cost for an exhibiting space will be $300 for businesses, and $100 for non-profit organizations.  The space will be approximately 100sq feet, and will include approximately 10′ frontage along the hallway each with a 6′ table provided.

The event will provide opportunity for Exhibitors to interact with participants both before and after the main activities, and also during two breaks scheduled into the day.
